As a Flight Dispatcher, you’ll work with pilots to develop flight plans, monitor weather conditions, and provide critical information during flights. As a Flight Follower, you will monitor flight progress and make real-time decisions in communication with pilots, air traffic control, and other stakeholders. Crew Schedulers manage flight crew scheduling to meet business and operational requirements as well as Transport Canada regulations.
